Glow & Go bookings reserve a short, dedicated 15 MINUTES window so you can drive to the studio and collect products without waiting. When you reserve a slot, your selected items are set aside and prepared in advance so the pick up is a quick handoff rather than a shopping visit.
At your appointment you should expect a brief confirmation and the handoff of bagged items prepared for you. The studio is located in Stone Oak within North Central San Antonio and is easily reached from U.S. Highway 281 and Loop 1604, which helps commuters combine pickup with nearby errands or appointments.
When to Book Your Slot
Plan bookings with seasonality in mind: May sees high demand for travel-sized and summer products, while November and December fill quickly with holiday gift pickups. During these busiest months, reserve your 15 MINUTES slot earlier than usual to avoid sold-out inventory or full calendars.
Because our clientele often balances work, school and healthcare schedules, short windows are intentional to keep pickups efficient. Choose a time that aligns with your commute past U.S. Highway 281 or Loop 1604, or coordinate with errands at Village at Stone Oak or nearby medical appointments to minimize extra trips.
Studio Pickup and Handling
The studio prepares items ahead so pickups require minimal interaction and no shipping delays. This saves time compared with waiting for mail delivery, but it does mean you’ll need to come to the studio in Stone Oak for collection rather than receiving home delivery.
