Place your order online or by phone, selecting 'Pick Up' at checkout and choosing a convenient pickup window. You'll receive confirmation and estimated ready time. Bring your confirmation email or ID; we’ll have your Glow & Go bagged and waiting.
Pickup windows are available during our spa hours, including designated express slots. Most orders are ready within 2–4 hours; prescription or special-order items may take longer. We’ll notify you by text or email when your items are ready for collection.
Please bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) and a photo ID matching the name on the order. If someone else is picking up, add them as an authorized recipient or provide a signed authorization and their ID at pickup.
